Today, 30 March 2022, as 54 cancer charities, we speak with #OneCancerVoice and publish 10 tests that the Government’s new 10-year Cancer Plan must meet if it is to be successful in delivering world leading and transformative change.
Neuroblastoma survivor and Team GB Paralympian is our new Patron
This International Women’s Day (8 March 2022), we are delighted to announce that neuroblastoma survivor and Team GB Paralympian Charlotte Moore joins Neuroblastoma UK as our new Patron.
Charlotte (Charlie) was just 12 weeks old when she was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma, after being born with the cancer. She joins fellow charity Patrons Alan Carr, Scott Mills and Angellica Bell as part of our 40th anniversary celebrations.
A new Patron for Neuroblastoma UK
We are delighted to announce TV and radio presenter Angellica Bell as a new Patron of Neuroblastoma UK, to help celebrate our 40th anniversary!
Angellica, who has supported the charity for a number of years said, “Becoming a Patron of Neuroblastoma UK is an absolute honour, particularly at such a special time for the charity as they celebrate their 40th year.”

From molecules to medicine: new funding to accelerate rare childhood cancer research
Thanks to your kind donations, Neuroblastoma UK is pleased to announce two research grant awards totalling £683,477, with a focus on improving treatment for children with advanced stages of the disease.
The grants, which include a donation of £15,000 from charity Friends of Rosie, will enable scientists to progress their research and develop safer, non-invasive and more effective treatment for children with the disease.
40 Portraits to celebrate 40 years

An urgent call from One Cancer Voice group of cancer charities
