Deb Tweddle is Professor of Paediatric Oncology at Newcastle University and an Honorary Consultant in Paediatric and Adolescent Oncology at the Great North Children’s Hospital, Newcastle.

She is a member of the National Cancer Research Institute (NCRI) Children’s Cancer & Leukaemia (CCL) Clinical Studies Group and neuroblastoma sub group where she is UK lead for biology and intermediate risk neuroblastoma. Deb is also a member of SIOPEN (European neuroblastoma group) and the SIOPEN Biology Group.

Deb has been a medical Trustee for Neuroblastoma UK since 2010 .
