Farewell to the Can Man

We were saddened to learn of the death of Chris Ewell - familiarly known as 'the Can Man'.  Chris had been supporting NBUK for at least 20 years by cycling around Sittingbourne in Kent collecting and recycling cans with the help of APM Metals and was a regular visitor at our AGM.

His donations have amounted to thousands of pounds over the years in memory of a good friend's son who had neuroblastoma.

His family have set up a Facebook Page where tributes can be left.  He will be missed.  Our thoughts are with his family.
