Join our virtual step challenge
Simply walk 10,000 steps every day in April and raise money for Neuroblastoma UK.
Walking upstairs, around the garden or to the shops all add up - it’s up to you how you reach your daily target!
Sign up today for just £10 - £15 and ask family and friends to sponsor you. We can help you set up a fundraising page and email you tips, support and advice during your challenge. We’ll also send you a FREE Neuroblastoma UK t-shirt to wear!
How to take part:
Sign up online before the 1st April and donate to register (this will help us to cover our admin costs).
Create your fundraising page and ask your family and friends to sponsor you. There’s no minimum sponsorship, but we suggest setting a fundraising target of £200.
You’ll receive your FREE Neuroblastoma UK t-shirt in the post to wear during your challenge!
Take 10,000 steps every day throughout April
Use your phone’s pedometer, a fitness watch or a tracking app like Strava to keep tally of your progress, which you can link to your fundraising page . This is a great way to keep supporters updated with your efforts! You can also download your Stride through Spring tracker (PDF) to keep check on your daily steps.
Join our Stride Through Spring Facebook page to see how your fellow walkers are getting along and to keep inspired throughout April. We’ve also created a Facebook badge for you.
Once complete, submit your evidence to us by emailing fundraising@neuroblastoma.org.uk and we’ll send you a certificate of congratulations!

Stay safe when you Stride
Stride through Spring can be done anywhere, anytime - even during a lock down. But it’s important to stay safe and stay alert. Social distancing may still be in place come April, so please keep an eye on the government’s advice.
The coronavirus pandemic has had a big impact on our ability to fundraise. We need your support more than ever to continue funding vital research into new, more effective and kinder treatments for neuroblastoma.
