Squat Yourself Silly

100 Squats A Day Virtual Challenge

Neuroblastoma is an aggressive cancer that affects around 100 children each year in the UK. Help fund vital research into this disease and challenge yourself to do 100 squats a day this September.

It’s also Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, so there is no better time to take part in a fundraising challenge!

This virtual challenge can be done anywhere, anytime and by anyone.

Silly Squat Day

Do you have it in you to do your 100 squats in public, wearing an embarrassing costume on the 24th September?

It’s World Cancer Research Day and a great opportunity to highlight the importance of funding more research into neuroblastoma. We’ll award the silliest squatter a prize, so be sure to post videos or photos of your squats on social media! Clown outfits, animal costumes, face paint…the wackier the better!

Free t-shirts!

As soon as you’ve raised £100, we’ll send you a cheery yellow t-shirt to wear for the remainder of the challenge, so get fundraising!

Every penny you raise could help fund leading research projects to develop new, more effective and kinder treatments for children with neuroblastoma.

How does it work?

1. Sign up

2. Pay the registration fee of £15, which includes your gorgeous medal you’ll receive on completion of the challenge.

3. Set up a fundraising page on Just Giving, to circulate around your friends and family. Remember that once you’ve raised over £100 we’ll send you a Neuroblastoma UK t-shirt.

4. Squat, squat and squat some more!

5. Plan your Silly Squat Day on the 24th September and post photos of your costume on social media, tagging Neuroblastoma UK!

6.  Submit evidence that you’ve completed 100 squats a day by emailing virtuals@forcharities.com so your medal can be posted out!
